The construction will resume on January 13, 2025, ready for a new year full of ambitions and exciting progress. During this festive season, we wish everyone Happy Holidays! Our 4-person team is hard at work! We are making steady progress in the concreting phase of the walls for the second part of the project. A quick overview: the building will have 3 floors, reaching a total height of approximately 10 meters. A significant step forward for this construction site, which is taking shape day by day! A Typical Day for the Walls of the Lower Section For this phase, the first task is to remove the formwork from the previous stage, a step that marks the transition to a new phase of the project. Once the formwork is removed, we proceed with the installation of the first panel. This panel serves as the solid foundation upon which the entire structure will be built. The placement of this panel is followed by reinforcement work, a crucial step to ensure the strength and durability of the structure. After securing the reinforcement, the construction team moves on to closure with a second phase of panels. This step requires meticulous attention to ensure proper alignment and the solidity of the build. Once this operation is complete, we move on to the strapping and concrete pouring, which consolidates the structure and gives it the necessary strength. To successfully carry out this process, a team of three people is mobilized, each playing a vital role in this harmonious dance of precision and efficiency. Together, they carefully orchestrate these steps, turning every movement into an essential contribution to the realization of this beautiful project.
